Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and is open to entrants residing in South Africa.
2. The competition runs from 1 October 2026 until 16 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. To enter, participants must complete and submit the official online competition entry form during the competition period. One standard entry per person is permitted.
4. ALL Accor members receive one bonus entry, regardless of their ALL Accor membership tier. Participants who are already ALL Accor members can provide their membership details on the entry form to qualify for the bonus entry.
5. Participants who are not yet ALL Accor members may choose to join ALL Accor for free and provide their membership details on the entry form to qualify for the bonus entry. ALL Accor membership is not required to enter the competition.
6. ALL Accor membership details will be verified using the contact details and/or membership information provided by the participant. If membership cannot be verified, the bonus entry will not be awarded, but the participant’s standard entry will remain valid, provided all other entry requirements have been met.
7. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including qualifying bonus entries.
8. The winner will receive:
   • A two-night stay at Pullman Cape Town City Centre for the winner and one guest, subject to availability and applicable blackout dates.
   • Two domestic return flights with LIFT, for the winner and one guest, subject to availability and LIFT’s applicable terms and conditions.
   • A Nespresso® gift, as determined by the competition organisers.
9. The accommodation prize is for the winner and one guest sharing a room and is subject to availability. The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to any applicable blackout dates.
10. The LIFT flights are subject to availability and LIFT’s applicable terms and conditions. Any costs not expressly included in the prize, including airport transfers, meals, travel insurance and personal expenses, are for the winner’s own account.
11. The Nespresso® gift is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
13. The prize must be redeemed within the period specified by Pullman Cape Town when the winner is notified. The winner is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to redeem the prize within the applicable validity period.
14. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the online entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, Pullman Cape Town reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
15. Employees of Pullman Cape Town City Centre, Accor, LIFT, Nespresso®, their associated companies and agencies involved in the competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
16. By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their personal information being processed for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying ALL Accor membership where applicable, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
17. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Pullman Cape Town may request photographs or other content relating to the prize experience for reasonable promotional purposes, subject to the winner’s consent.
18. Pullman Cape Town reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the competition or entry process, submitted fraudulent information, or otherwise acted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
19. Pullman Cape Town reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
20. LIFT and Nespresso® are participating partners in the promotion. Their respective terms and conditions may apply to the use of their products or services included in the prize.
21. The competition is administered by Pullman Cape Town City Centre.
22. The winner will be selected at random, and the decision of Pullman Cape Town City Centre is final. No correspondence regarding the selection of the winner will be entered into.
